7/30 Sound Bath Ticket

Sound Bath 

Date: July 30th  

Time: 6 pm

Please join me at White Mountain Crystals on July 30th to experience the sounds of peace and immerse yourself in the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments such as chimes and drums during a one-hour sound bath meditation. It’s time to take a moment out of the day for yourself to unwind from the stress of daily life and find peace and relaxation. Come spendtime with me and allow the sounds to provide a source of calm that can carry you throughout the rest of your day. 

There are so many benefits to a sound bath that include relieving stress, improving sleep and reducing anxiety. 

Breanna is a certified Sound Practitioner and a Holy Fire Reiki Master. 

Please dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillow and anything else you may need or want to be comfortable. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to set up your space and settle in. Please note there will be aromatherapy. Should you have any questions or concerns about the use of essential oils or incense please do not hesitate to call and ask.
