Our third Crystal Grid class is centered around supporting your mind and body through intentional, energetically aligned grids. Together we will explore layouts designed to promote clarity, balance, and overall well-being, while giving you space to tune into what your body truly needs. Some examples of potential grid topics include anxiety, depression, arthritis, metabolism support, and so much more. You’ll have the option to submit personal requests at checkout and during class, so your experience feels fully guided and uniquely yours.
