Full Moon Meditation Workshop: Release, Receive, and Realign | Sunday 9/27 from 5-7pm

Join Bethany for a deeply restorative Full Moon meditation workshop designed to help you settle the body, clear what no longer serves you, and align with your intentions under the light of the full moon.

We’ll open with gentle movement and breathwork to ground into the body, followed by an oracle card pull to set our sacred intention for the evening. From there, we’ll explore our shared Buddha nature before moving into layered mantra and meditation work, beginning with the compassion and wisdom-invoking Buddhist mediation Om Mani Padme Hum, then into the Kundalini meditation for transformation and balance, Sa Ta Na Ma (Kirtan Kriya).

The evening continues with a guided chakra balancing meditation, supported by distance Reiki to invoke connection and peace, and ends with a gentle tapping practice (with the option to work with selenite wands) for an energetic reset.

Crystal work will be woven throughout: clear quartz for the Om Mani Padme Hum meditation, and obsidian for Sa Ta Na Ma.
