The Spiral Path: Unlocking Your Soul’s Wisdom

Step into a deeply immersive meditation experience centered around the sacred spiral, a symbol of growth, transformation, and returning home to yourself.

Through breath, movement, mantra, and creative expression, this 2-hour journey will guide you inward to release old patterns, reconnect with your inner truth, and expand your awareness from the root of your being outward.

This class weaves together Kriya-inspired spiral movement, mantra meditation, expressive spiral drawing and journaling, a guided chakra-balancing meditation, and optional gentle reiki. Each element is intentionally designed to help you shift from past conditioning into present alignment.

You will leave feeling grounded, expanded, and more deeply connected to your inner self.

What to Expect:

This is a multi-layered experience combining movement, stillness, and creativity:

Grounding + intention setting with a short dharma talk on awakening

Ammonite-inspired spiral movement to open and activate the body

Breath-based mantra meditation using “So Hum”

Spiral drawing meditation to calm the nervous system and access intuition

Guided spiral journaling to release patterns and invite clarity

Chakra spiral meditation moving from root to crown

Optional gentle reiki focused on the crown, third eye, throat, and heart

Closing integration and reflection
